Well, this time despite your proclaimed good reputation, you guys messed up big time, and won’t take responsibility which is quite shameful really !!
I’ve attached 3 photos from before and after delivery. Pictures 1&2 are for the same number of boxes (6) which were delivered by your company, but the snaps were taken from 2 different camera angles. Picture 3 is the original shot of the 10 boxes we had before the move.
When you look at the 1st photo you’ll definitely see there are 6 boxes, but when you look at the 2nd photo, your eyes can trick you into thinking those 6 boxes are only just 3.
When you look at pictures 2 & 3 (same camera angle) you can mistakenly think that pic 2 has 3 boxes and pic 3 has 5 boxes, but the undeniable truth based on Pic 1 is that pic 2 also has 6 boxes and pic 3 has 10 boxes.
The evidence is there for everyone to see and if you still insist they were only 5 after seeing those pics, then there’s nothing more to discuss…..but it’ll only be a matter of time until similar incidents happen and this supposedly “good reputation” of yours will soon be smeared beyond repair.
One last thing, being a big company with good reputation doesn’t entitle you to dismiss customers’ complaints. You can’t just tell us we move things worth millions so we’re not going to steal tiles worth a few thousand pounds. This argument might be valid if we’re talking about the owners of the company, but normal workers could be tempted to steal, specially if they know they’ll get away with it, as the managing company is too proud to investigate such claims. There’s also the other possibility of covering up for damaged goods, may be the 4 boxes were damaged on the way and they thought it would be easier to claim they never had them in the 1st place.
In all cases, the pictures show we had 10 boxes and only received 6, beyond any doubt. The boxes in picture 3 were 10 not 5 and definitely not 6, the floor is visible and there’s no hidden 6th box underneath them !!Read more
